Colonial Fleets - The last person

Since bsg has trumped my offer of tuna and squirrrels, I will have to offer kitty unlimited access to a fishing boat. I have some friends with a commercial fishing boat in Galilee, Rhode Island and kitty can fly over in a Viper anytime and much and crunch the lovely fish.
