Good Morning yes I'm a sleepy head this morning but I thought I'd better get as much sleep as I could as I've agreed to do my shift of walking during the night (for the Cancer foundation) aparently I'm one of a few who said they would do it then, no big deal when your a night owl still it does help to get enough sleep in advance. It's going to be a wet walk too it hasn't stoped raining and I'll probably have to walk for a few hours.;) :D
