In Galactica 80, Dillon made an interesting comment to Troy just after they were assigned to the United States.
Dillon commented about one of the other teams being assigned to the USSR-
"Ya know, I kinda like the sound of the place ___ got- The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. I always liked Unions. Not often you see an entire continents population of women to choose from. I think we're going to have one fine time."
I thought unions in BG were married folks. So how'd there be any women to choose from if the entire population of the continent (in his mind, mind you) were from a Union? :D
Did they possibly have some other type of a Union set up, where Union members got to choose from, perhaps, some Socialators (thus referrencing to the Socialist portion of the USSR name)?
