Some of you may know I traced the body from a How to draw book, but the Character and costume are all mine.

Adrianna (No last name yet) A.K.A. "Adrenaline" is a Speedster much like "The Flash", but her speed is from a chemical that she injects, much like Batman's Bane's "Venom", but instead of strength she gets speed.
The chemical is carried around on her back in a "Backpack" and is transferred into tubes wrapped around her arms, then it is injected or transfused into her wrists much like an IV.

I don't know for sure who started it, but it's a running joke on tthe board.
