Thanks to the generosity of a donor who wishes to remain anonymous, the CFF ad is once again going to appear in print.
Arrangements have been made with Dreamwatch magazine to run the updated ad in next month's issue of the American release of the magazine.
Look for it on newsstands on around 15 February.
This comes directly on the heels of the CFF donation to Oxfam as part of the Tsunami Relief Effort, and just goes to show what can be done when people care passionately. Remember, the Tsunami Relief effort goes on, and you can help by either making a donation directly to Oxfam ( http://www.oxfam.org ) or by making a donation to the CFF ( http://www.colonialfanforce.org ) which will be turned over to Oxfam.
A warm, heartfelt thanks goes out to the anonymous donor, as well as to David Kerin, who has retooled the text of the ad to feature the Universal Studios addresses in an effort to give Tom DeSanto a little "fan push" in his efforts to pitch an animated continuation. Gracious thanks, also, to Dreamwatch for working with the CFF in the face of a tight deadline.
So, for those who still have it in 'em, mid-February would be a good time to write.
Long live Battlestar Galactica and its fans!
