So, who got snow yesterday? There's at least a foot on my balcony. I had to stop at NAPA on my way home after work to buy new windshield wiper blades because my old ones conked out and were covered with ice that refused to melt. The persons in line in front of me and in back of me were buying the same thing!
Julie, I think you had it worse than me!

Doesn't it snow in the Sierras? I thought they were high enough elevation. If so, ya gotta go sometime. But, go in a 4-wheel drive. You'll need it.
;)
It's absolutely beautiful, coming down. I don't mind some snow but, I'm sick and tired of the 1 foot and 2 foot storms. We get those every so often and they're nothing but a pain in the arse!

There are advantages to my area. you don't have to ever use tire chains. No big raking of leaves. No digging out your porch out of the snow...and the trees are green all year round.
Just...no snow....
Its a Green Christmas!!! :D

Ah, .... but, who shovels it???
(That's what I'm tired of. If I can clear the snow with a broom, it's ok!) :D ;)

In Los Alamos .....during the christmas holidays we got 4 inches. It was really a PAIN to shovel all of those 4 inches off
of our sidewalks, and drive ways :P:

I knew as soon as I bought snowshoes for Christmas that it wouldn't snow & I was right. It is 40 degrees and it rained last night! I live in New England, it's supposed to be below freezing and snowing! Global warming is officially here!
