Greetings Everyone

While I've been waiting for the new Battlestar Galactica to arrive on Sci-Fi, I've been watching Season Four of Enterprise. Wow, I wish that Many Coto had taken over the head writing duties earlier. The Brent Spiner arc and the current Vulcan arc have me wanting more.

It sounds like Enterprise is hitting its stride. I hope that enough people check it out so that seasons five and beyond come about.

Yeah, it's good to see the improvements. At last. But I still hate that theme song!

IMHO, Enterprise season 4 is the direction the show should have taken from the beginning. The mini story arcs are more interesting and begins to explore the early days of Star Fleet and the different races/species. The move to Fridays may mean, for many fans, choosing between SG-1 and Enterprise or buying more recording equipment. But hopefully both shows can co-exist and be successful.

I believe they can since there are always options to watch both shows. Several clubs that I know (including my own ST Club, the USS Ticonderoga) will hold a viewing party showing both Enterprise and SG-1 episodes on the nights that there are new episodes for both series. Thankfully Sci-Fi repeats SG-1 episodes on the same day.

Thanks for the welcome. Brent Spiner has been enjoying Enterprise and approached Paramount about a guest spot. They set him up as Arik Soong (great, great-grandfather of Dr. Noonien Soong who created Data).

You can read about the three episodes here:

From what I understand, originally the character was going to be Colonel Green that was seen in the TOS Episode 'The Savage Curtain.'

Thanks for the welcome. Hopefully we will see a BG guest at the new Utah convention, Mountain-Con. http://www.mountaincon.org I can't wait until next September.
