For a minute I thought he was describing the spring season on Skiffy!
I get to take the young 'uns out this year. Mrs. WHD is 8 mos along and doesn't need to be out in that kind of chill. (Tends to be rainy and cold on halloween here).

Are people getting dressed up?
My son is going out as a blue dino-thunder power ranger. He's been bounding around the house doing karate kicks and yelling stuff about "Zords" and "power ups" in anticipation. It's quite a vocabulary these kids absorb around these things. Although I imagine my father one thought to himself "Cylons, Vipers, WTF?!"
As for me I'll be going out as a slightly overweight thirtysomething guy.....

sadly I have no little ones yet so I will be staying in and passing out candy. My days of dressing up for Halloween are over. Funniest costume I ever had was one year I went out with my baby sister dressed as a pregnant nun! You should have seen the look on people's faces!

If I were to dress up I'd wear black jeans and a black sweatshirt (tunic length of course).
And on the shirt would be the words .........ICOGNITO ;)

Mrs WHD made a Care Bear costume for my 6 yr old. My oldest was considering going out as Mikey from American Chopper.
