New Bewitched Girl?

I stumbled upon this image of Kristi Clainos.

Could this be the new Bewitched girl? She's listed on the project and it has started filming. It has an approximate 2005 release.


All IMDB has on her is that she is 5'5" and the cousin of actress Lorin Becker.



I don't know anything about her...except she is pretty! And she could easily fit the image of Samantha. Twitch your nose for us Kristi!!! She even has that pointed little arch at the top of her eyebrow like Elizabeth Montgomery had.

She looks good Tom - a bit younger that Elizabeth Montgomery when she started Bewitched in the 60's, but I think this one could work...

BUT........I thought that Nicole Kidman was had the lead for this project - I guess that she must've changed her mind or something.

Its about will Farrell's character, Jack Wyatt who is hired to play Darren Stevens in a revival of the show Bewitched. He finds and hires Isabel Bigelow(Kidman) to play Samantha, not realizing Isabel really IS a witch.

This sounded pretty horrible t9o me. But I saw one big important piece of the puzzle. Its being written and directed by Nora Epheron. She wrote Sleepless in Seattle, When Harry Met Sally, And You've Got Mail.

I don't know. I kind of like the idea they have taken, rather then just update the old show. This way no one will be offended by any of the casting, since they aren't "recasting" the show.

Now then, the execution may ruin it....
