A panel of judges took a look at more than 150 entries submitted by the studios and independent suppliers, released between September 1, 2003, and August 31, 2004, and narrowed the choices down to three nominees in each of the 12 categories. West Wing, Battlestar Galactica, Star Trek, I Love Lucy, and Shogun.

Everything else doesn't really peak my interest....though the Dick Van Dyke show was a classic too.
