Tiger Woods looses the #1 spot in golf.

From the NYT:

"Vijay Singh won the Deutsche Bank Championship today and took the world No. 1 ranking from Tiger Woods, who had held it for 264 straight weeks."

I don't follow golf that closely, but this seemed newsworthy. Certainly, Tiger has given golfing a new chic and taken it out of the country club realm. While such is the fate of all greatness, it's in some ways sad to hear. Guess it's time to Google this Vijay Singh......

I know .......I felt though that it was only a matter of time before that happened with
the way he was playing as of late. :(

I watched the ending of that! Tiger finished -3 under par.........Vijay -6.

Guess it was close down to the last few holes.

That was one game I wish I could have seen.....instead of having to see YUGIO the MOVIE :...: I love sports! One of the main reasons hubby married me :D
