LOL! it takes as many years to become a vet as it does to become a human doctor! you have to have a bachelor degree to even get into vet school then 3 years on top of that! I thought about it years ago but changed my mind. :D

Or maybe just life on the farm.I have thought about being a zookeeper if I worked as just a person who cleans and feeds the animals I dont need years of university but if I want to be in charge in any capacity then I need a degree in zoology or biology which means I have to be able to do Calculus and I can't :(


I'd love to live on a farm if only farmers weren't in so much trouble.

Idealy I would love to have persued my life long dream of being a field Ethologist but again need Calculus :(

A friend of mine got her vet degree, but before that worked at the local zoo taking care of the cats. Odds are you could get a gig working at the zoo while working toward a biology/zoology degree.

Calculus is a simple mathematical parlor trick. If you don't ask why it works, you can do magic with it. Math needs to make sense to me that is probably why I strugle with it soooo much but also my math roots are a mess some of my math skills are grade 4 and 5 level I still strugle with decimals and fractions. But I've completed grade 11 math I've done basic Vectors which I LOVED! and matricies and I did get Logic but everytime fractions or decimals are introduced I can't solve the equations.

A friend of mine got her vet degree, Mine too but before that worked at the local zoo taking care of the cats. well I've done 6 years as a vet technician Odds are you could get a gig working at the zoo There is only one zoo in this province and it's considered a joke/embarassment plus it's very far from me. while working toward a biology/zoology degree.I'd need 2 years of chemistry (which I failed twice) 1 year of physics, 2 years of math including calculus, and 2 more years of biology. it took me 5 tries to pass grade 11 math and then I only got a C, I don't feel I have what it takes to do it, I can't pull off good grades in the pure sciences, anything else and it's not a problem. I've all ready put in 7 years of university and have nothing to show for it :/:
