I think it's a matter of Dawg being on the West Coast, the change hasn't caught up to him yet.

Again, this is a server migration that just started earlier than was expected... we'll let everyone know when it has been completed.

There is a table of Ip addresses for every domain name that is updated regularly to every big server on the net. Ever wonder how your PC can browse a computer on the other side of the world bouncing off many computers on the way? Well that list is how the signal gets there and back.

But when a website moves, it gets a new IP address. And all those computers that your signals bounce off of on its way to us or cylon.org has to know the new IP address.

So you have to wait until all the computers on your path updates that list I mentioned. Otherwise its sending your signal in the direction of the old site which no longer exists. This list is updated depending on the maintenance schedule of whatever server its on. So its really random. But typically it happens in a few days to a week. Sometimes only hours.

The Cylon Alliance Boards are back up. It will probably take a little while for it to ripple around the globe. It will be a bit longer before the main site is back up. Hopefully, this is the end of moving the CA Board around for a good long while!
