I am curious as to the contents and the plot, since it's called "The Memory Machine." "The Nightmare Machine" was one of the later paperback novels. "The Memory Machine" was the title of one of the Marvel comic books, and it was featured throughout the line of comic book stories.
Or is this a new novel altogether, and if so, is it based on the original series or the new series?

It's the second collection from Titan Books of stories from Marvel Comics' series of Battlestar Galactica. The first is out in July I think and is called Saga of a Star World and collects the adaptions of Saga and Lost Planet... from Marvel.
