Yes, Ben is very good at listening to what people that attend his shows would like to see, in the way of guests. Although heavily Star Wars based (dealers and guests) in the past, the shows have become more balanced as of late. Ben did bring in a mini-Battlestar "reunion" about three years ago, with Richard, Dirk, and Herb all-together on stage (I videotaped their 25 minute talk), and he has also had Anne a couple of times, Richard 3 times, Herb twice, and Dirk twice. This will be Jack's first appearance at the Dallas area Sci-Fi show, and it is very much welcomed!
If you are in or live near the Dallas area, I definitely recommend this show...

Did we meet then? I was there. I was a red head in black - no costume at the time.
Texas is a very heavy SW based area. When you look at the local 501st garrison has over 90 members and the Rebel Legion base has 35 and growing. Also these groups are very much in the open and in costume. (I am part of both groups) I had tried to get the Star Region of the battlestarfanclub group to get more involved, but I never hear from them. I have only met 2 members from the region. The others I have met are from Canada, east coast and west coast.

Captain,
write the organizers and ask for him. Couldn't hurt.
Jayworld: see Lucian's thread in discussion about Colonial Hymn or something like that, I believe Callisto is alive and well. PM LucianG or Charybdis off the memberlist--they can tell you where to find them.

Thanks, Jewels; found the Battlestar Callisto site. It's changed quite a bit since I last was there (about two years ago).
