the celestra was armed and in the rag tag fleet just before the show title a ship following a freighter looks a lot like a light cruiser able to landon planets if needed also on the show saga of a star world when they show the ragtag fleet froming up the electronics ship shown is not the celestra but the solaria maybe that was were the thoughts of that name being a battlestar came from in the novel its said the solaria was an older ship maybe those ships were early carriers looks like you could fit a few vipers in her if you had too :thumbsup: : :warrior: :cool: : :eek: :) :thumbsup: :warrior:

I knew of no warships in the fleet. I think the Celestra as a "warship" was an after thought. They mention in Saga of A Star World that not even a viper from the rest of the fleet ever launched. As such the Galactica was it with a shortage of vipers and pilots from day one.
