I don’t know if this is making the news in the US. Quick recap: 50 women working in the sex trade industry disappeared over several years. 28 of these women’s remains were located on a farm owned by Mr. Pckton. Who is currently charged with 22 of the deaths. The farm raised and processed pigs (whom many of us conjectured had probably been fed the human remains) anyways the latest is that there may have been human DNA processed at his farm and this meat then given to 40 of his closest friends...:P: :wtf: :eek: :(

speechless on that one. It boggles my mind that it went on for so long. Mind you there are rumours about other possible serial killings going on in bc. Many women have gone missing on one of the hwys in the interior.

Seriously, what is wrong with people? Did anyone hear about the 9 people killed in California this weekend by their father/husband/not sure yet? He even looked like a murderer (My boss said it looked a little like Al Sharpton had spent a couple of months in the same hidey-hole Saddam Hussein was found in... but he's not the most PC of people.).

The one thing that amazes the hell out of me is how we, humans, have the audacity to state that we're 'enlightened' when compared to the other animals of the world. How many other species prey upon themselves?

But I can't think of any situation in which animals attack and kill their own kind (let a lone eat them) for no biological/survival reason...

Those animals are acting, primarily, by instinct. They don't possess the higher reasoning capabilities that we humans have. LOL
