I was talking to Kristi (Dark Jedi) Monday night as she was installing a new broadband modem.

everything was going good. I tried to send her a small file over the net. But it didn't work.

She thought she needed to "change" some wires on her PC.

I told her if she's talking to me, then her hardware is fine. I was about to tell her its not good to plug in wires onto a live PC, but the line went dead. And she has dissappeared of the net. I haven't seen hide nor hair of her since!

Oh poor kristi!!!!!

What happened to me was that I was sewing ....................
constantly ..............as a matter of fact my husband was making
fun of me not having my computer so I sewed all of his pants legs shut :devil:

He was so mad that he 'squealed' to my mother-in-law.

sorry been busy...am a worka holic at work... Dang hurricanes kept me VERY busy as well as my extended family now days. I am in a relationship that has a 4 year old little girl with it. I am constantly running around. ;)

But I am back and in gear to be back on board. lol

When it comes to traveling, you have to have emergency weather teams in place to cover the cancellations of rooms due to weather issues, hotel closures due to damage, manditory evacuations, and we are in charge of working out the rooms in surrounding areas to help move our clients to for save haven. Thing is that this summer has left us with some very badly damaged hotels and we are trying to work with them to help them get fixed. Some can't be fixed and have to start all over.
