A piker is someone that is miserly - In otherwords, I was saying that I am not so prolific when it comes to posting. Shiningstar would be considered a "generous" poster, whereas I am more or less a "stingy" poster. I've had this pointed out to me before that I don't post very often - I've been working on that....

A piker is someone that is miserly - In otherwords, I was saying that I am not so prolific when it comes to posting. Shiningstar would be considered a "generous" poster, whereas I am more or less a "stingy" poster. I've had this pointed out to me before that I don't post very often - I've been working on that....

I've posted a lot to make up for 26 years of having no one to talk to about BSG stuff. Plus I'm a full time student with a very part time job. The computer sits on the desk beside the desk I study at so the screen is alwasy up at this site. As a student I feel socially isolated I don't have time to spend with friends or talk on the phone, a few minutes here and there to post is different than getting stuck on the phone for an hour, or visiting and it's a lot better than getting caught up in tv or playing games on the computer for stress relief, this is my new form of stress relief...the more stress the more posts...
