Here are some numbers I've collected about the battles in BG. Nothing from Galactica 1980 is included. Because of the way the show was edited, some Raider "Kills" were ambiguous as to who shot them down. But here they are:

Starbuck and Apollo each got one in Saga (1/2?)
Cain-Pegasus got two in Living Legend.
Adama-Galactica got one in Hand of God.
But that is only my humble count.
