Her outfit was almost a mini skirt....Wow she has got some great legs!!! And she was with Lexa Doig...another total babe!!!!

By the way scifi has just picked up Andromeda's 5th season.

Good snag jewels,the only problem with WGN'S Scifi Sunday is WGN is the TV home of Da Bulls, Da Cubs, Da Whitesocks & Da BlackHawks & Suday is a good day to play! Remember to add lots of extra time to those VCR's, OK?

Scifi will have the same deal as it does with MGM's Stargate-SG1, but Scifi will only get one NEW season of Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda. Scifi may not own the syndication rights to the first 3 or 4 years, as it does all of MGM/Showtimes, Stargate-SG1.

I can't speak of her business savy but I met her once in 1982 or 1983 (can't remember the exact date) in Miami, Florida. She was at least in that one social setting a very nice person. She was friendly to all those around her and seemed to be liked by everyone there. After meeting her it would be hard to imagine her as the woman described above.

I never met her again but hope she really is the woman I met that night.

And the problem with that is....what??? If GR once wrote Questor Tapes, Andromeda, and whatever else, and it has finally been brought to the screen, what is wrong with her Exec. Producing and using his name, if he indeed did create the original concepts? DS9, Voyager, and Enterprise all gave credit to GR as the creator of the initial Star Trek concept. I do see your point, if this is the point, that it is getting redundant to have all these shows come out with GR's name on them. If he once laid out the groundwork for the stories then by all means label them as his since they are. But if he had absolutely nothing to do with the non-ST shows and his name was slapped on there solely to pretty-up the package, then, well, you have a point. However, if the estate of GR is financing and producing the new shows, I.E. if it is his money in the hands of Majel as heir to his legacy, then I would say she has a right to use his name. IMHO, of course.
