I’m busy working on my crossover fanfic, ‘Farscape: The Lost Warrior’ series and I’m about to come to a scene where Commander Cain invites Aeryn Sun (who just became a Colonial Warrior) to dinner in his cabin with the rest of his command staff. This scene was partially inspired after watching ‘Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World’.
Also, remembering he’s running with a skeleton crew and no Vipers, what would be the command structure and positions on his Battlestar? I picture that it would something like on a naval ship or something along the lines of Star Trek. Please, any ideas or suggestion would be appreciated.

Tactical
Engineer
Doctor

This scene is important and I want to do it right. Cain’s ship is shadowing a HUGE Cylon armada that is about to launch an invasion into the Uncharted Territories and he’s determined to stop them. Although he’s outnumbered 50 to 1, Cain believes he can do it if the opportunity should present itself.
