I'm still catching up on all that's happened over the last few days.But a few points of contention have popped up and I want to make them clear.
People are accusing him of reporting inaccurate info. Let me state here that this is not true! That in itself is inaccurate. People have accused him of claiming he is 100% right and never admits he is wrong. Both statements are very off.
I know of Sandy's sources, at least a few of them. And they are very credible. I really wish I had such good sources myself! Sandy has to my knowledge, always been upfront and honest. Does he prefer the original to the mini, yes. But he does tell it as he sees it. And he tries his best to give an accurate picture as he can. Is he ALWAYS right. No. But then who is 100%.
Speaking of 100%, he has never claimed himself to be 100% accurate. What he said was that one of his sources was 100% honest. Sandy does make mistakes, but I've always seen him show no hesitation to proclaim his errors to the world (usually in a CA announcement.)

Now rumors are just that. Rumors. And facts often change at the source, especially when dealing with Scifi. Remember, you can sit invisibly on a staff meeting, listen to what Hammer says there, then hear her the next day proclaim something completely altered in a press conference. Remember she is a spin queen. Eick does the same thing. So do most execs, especially in entertainment.
For Sandy, we love hearing whatever you can tell us.
