Something interesting, these 2 shows share several things in common. Both sport Jane Seymour of course. But in the credits I also noticed that the wonderful costume designer for BSG also designed the beautiful costumes in Somewhere in Time -- Jean-Pierre Dorleac. What an extraordinary talented person.
Small world :)

Both had incredible music. I love the main BG March. And I also love the Somewhere in time Soundtrack. I bought both soundtracks. :D

Hi Tom,
I agree, the music of both was incredible. That song in Somewhere in Time is the most hauntingly beautiful melody I think I have ever heard.

Unless I missed someting I remember an entire thread dedicated to this subject. :D I also believe that Christopher Reeve was also in the movie with her. I never actually watched it however.

I know there was another thread about this but I can't seem to find it. It was just on last night so I thought I'd mention it again.
The very best part - in the beginning, Christopher is uncannily drawn to Jane's picture on the wall - he is so absolutely mesmerized for some as yet unknown reason, and his facial expression is just, oh so incredible.
Then the reason is revealed near the end - Jane quickly poses for a photograph back in 1912, and suddenly she spies Christopher - and, wow! The look on her face! THAT"S the reason he is so drawn to the picture, because she was looking at HIM, and she was so incredibly in love with HIM...
Pure literary magic. No matter how many times I see this, I still get tingles...
