Amberstar, what time did you post the "like it or not" post at Skiffy? I did a post at about 11:00 today and looks like it didn't make it, but perhaps thye just haven't gotten that far.

It was pretty innocent, as always, and this would be the first time ever Skiffy had censored one of my posts, so that's why I wanted to ask you first and see when you posted.

Thanks!

Hi Muffit! Would you believe that was my tenth post, and it was the only one to get past the cesors! I posted it Wednesday night around 11:00pm.

I checked out the board at Skiffy today and saw where they did let a couple of my replies through. I replied to your post about changes. When I said that "The future could be full of change..... we can only hope."
The change I was talking about was hopefully a future coninuation movie of TOS.
I think a few people over there didnt get it. So, I replied again and explained what I ment. Hope that one gets through, but I doubt it since I mentioned Larson.

Hope this helps you.
Amber:D

Thanks Amberstar! Hmm, that would confirm my suspicion that, on Monday night of the mini, they began to let everything thru till it became apparent the posts were mostly negative. Hence, a suddenly positive thrust around the middle of the second showing.

But wow! That would be an awesome task for the mods to go thru a hundred posts an hour!

Well, maybe mine'll go thru eventually. I'll hang on a bit and see, and if not, try a repost and see if it simply got lost in the shuffle. Like I said, this would be a first for me, they've always been nice about letting mine thru, and I try pretty hard to be make the posts nice.

Thanks!

Ladies,

The same thing happened to me. I posted the "Then and Now" thread at the Outhouse just before posting it here. It has never made it.

I should have gone back to re-post it but, I didn't bother. I preferred being around :halo: 's like you ladies rather than the  's over at the Outhouse.

The only thread I've censored here was a one shot post by a newbie that was derogatory against James Olmos's hispanic background.

:D

everything else in in plain sight.

Though alot of the congratulatiins for that has to go to our members who have posted with alot of courtesy. We managed to keep the fires pretty lukewarm. And Sandy's great place is perfect for people who want to post their outrage in a hot fiery manner.

That's what's so cool Thomas. We have SKiffy which is a good way to get heard but sometimes it's hard to say tactfully what you want; then there's the Fleets where everybody just seems to love being nice; and finally, if ya really wanna get things off your chest, there's the Alliance. All in all, that's a pretty neat set of choices. :)

oops... one correctioin. Everything is in plain sight but that one thread tommy screwed in dividing the forums.

oops two... there was one newbie that came in with insults in every post. I kinda had my fill that night of rudeness and asked him to tone it down and moved his posts to the prisonbarge. :)

That's about all the hard moding we had to do. The rest is just emphasizing to people that its okay not to agree. And we just wanna have fun. :)

I'd rather be here with all of you too, instead of over at the Outhouse:D

Update folks, my post finally made it thru. Cool, the mods are keeping their kindness about posting my stuff.
