I've noticed that there were a lot of changes made to the miniseries, where some edits were made and scenes deleted. I noticed a couple, but I'm sure there are more (or I may just have missed the scenes).

(1) Baltar's T.V. interview (shown in the "Lowdown" promo)

(2) Baltar's line about the "walking toasters" was different. Was this a different take from the trailer?

Did anyone else notice anything worth mentioning?

The handjob was cut from the opening sequence with 6. The scene made even less sense....

That scene didn't make any sense at all.

Perhaps they were responding to the uproar about sex by taking it out?

Geez, I hope so. I noticed a lot of the lines in the trailer never made it to the screen. It appears there were several takes on certain scenes and some were incorporated in the trailer.

Maybe they will air a six hour version...or just milk the dvd sales.

Ending scene of part one - the communications officer "D" is standing next to Adama, communicating with his son Lee over the com. Adama prepares to take the headset from her and takes off his glasses, sets them on the console before him. The camera cuts to Lee, then back to Adama and D. He has his glasses on, reviewing papers, then takes them off as D finally hands him the headset.

Hopefully they'll put everything the cut on to the dvd. Do they have any idea when they are thinking about putting that out? I only assume that a lot of work would be going into it now, unless more work is being put into working a deal for a weekly series *crossed fingers* but hopefully us fans won't have to wait too long.
