Sure wish I could get screenshots of my Star Raiders game. It is without doubt the first BSG game ever made!

Hi Raymar! Yep, I remember it well! I still have it on my Atari 800. It looks and sounds amazingly like the arcade. Pretty good port!
All the best,

Hey, I got a question all.
What the heck happened to all the video giants? For years, Atari was way, way out on top. Intellivision came along but never quite made it. Then Coleco came next, with a really good sys, but once again, never really toppled Atari. Then suddenly there comes this upstart called Nintendo (NES) and Atari actually disappears altogether (well, just about)! What happened to all their gazillions of dollars? Atari just quietly snuck off into the night and no matter what they made nobody gave a hoot.
Time for a new generation, and SNES comes out. But lo and behold, some newcomer nobody ever heard of (well, yes, they did have a sys before but hardly anyone bought it), introduces the Sega Genesis and whammo, Nintendo topples too. Sega becomes the biggest money maker of all, only to be itself toppled by another newcomer, Sony (as the Playstation). Poor Sega uses all its might to make a comeback, but fate buries whatever they try.
Which brings us to today, the only time we have had no clear winner. What will happen? Will Sony be the next giant to be toppled, perhaps by XBox?
Sorry for the rant, it's just /so wierd/! How can these video giants just disappear? I would think the giant at the time of a new sys would have all the cards?
Anyway, just rambling. Anybody know why this happens?

I just thought with all this upcomming stress it might be fun to play a game and relive some of the frustration. If you click the above link, you can play the classic space invader game!

Are you doing Jedi mind tricks again? From yahoo news:Japanese game maker Taito corp. said on Friday it plans to restart sales of Space Invaders in the US,almost 25 years after the game first appeared in video arcardes. The yahoo link was like 6 miles long, sorry. Hey Ken, you got any spare quarters?
