Hello everybody I just saw all the episodes in the DVDs, but I remeber some other episodes where Galactica crew landed on Earth, had some big watches, they could make their shipps invisible, and I even remeber a Cylon in Earth.

So I'm confused, I was really a kid (like 5 years old) when I saw Battlestar Galactica even any of my friends can remember the series.

Any of you remeber this kind of episodes, they even had some flying motorbikes.

Please let me know if you know something about these episodes and if I could get them.

Yes and this Starbuck's Nightmare or Galactica1980 has so few moments worth watching that one would be hard pressed to splice together an hours worth...even the beloved episode The Return of Starbuck is crap.

It is so different and technically not the same show, so its not included in the Box Set.

Thanks everybody for your answers. Yes I have read that these episodes (1980) are not good, but I have nice memories about them, I really liked those watches, bikes and the new stuff. I really would like to watch them again. May be I will be disapointed, as when I watched again Automan (I don't know if that is the original name) it was crap.

But this is great at least I was not dreaming about these episodes, I don't know why not many people remeber the series (at least in Mexico) but I really like it.

By the way somebody remebers another series (from the 80s) called Another World (Otro mundo in spanish) or something like that where a family is like lost in different dimensions? I think there was a pyramid and it was a gate or something. I remember a chapter where the family arrives to this other dimension where the power was hel by women. Well hope somebody remebers this one.

Hi Capc75! Welcome to Colonial Fleets!

Yep, you remember Galactica 1980, which aired for about 6 episodes, a year after Battlestar Galactica was cancelled. There were invisi-watches and ships, flying cycles, and super scouts that could jump really high. They also chased a turncoat thru time in a few episodes. Since the new series had to be low budget, there weren't many special effects though.

Otro Mundo - yes!!! I'm SO GLAD somebody remembers that! I'm not sure if it was called Another World here, in fact no matter how hard I try I can't remember the name. But yes indeedy it was about a family lost in another dimension, and there was a pyramid-gate or something. It was on in late 1985 or early 1986 if I remember correctly. That was a cool show!!! Sadly it didn't last long.
