I think he had a lot of interesting things to say and a lot of interesting points. He is the ONLY person who stands behind us 100%. I think we should return the curtousy. I saw Richards appearance on Sci Fi. He made us look REALLY good to the new fans of the mini at the same time stood up for us and let these people know how we felt in a professional manner.

We love you Richard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I hadn't realized that Richard had writtened that..:lol

And in the DVD..Dirk kinda regretted it not happening either..

Frankly when the show started you were given that impression it would have been that way.......but just another good thing that "could have been".

Richard is right of course....Galactica is Glen's creation...it is his property....to make or destroy.....and Richard is the only one who really seems to know what makes Galactica tick....and unfortuantely he is constantly snubbed.......typical Hollywood.....No wonder George Lucas moved North...heee hee.

In a way, this reminds me of the Star Trek film franchise. The first film was produced by creator Gene Roddenberry. It wasn't much of a success from a fan perspective, but it got the movie series rolling. Then Paramount bumped Roddenberry down to "executive consultant", Harve Bennett was put in control as producer, and the world got The Wrath of Khan and a revitalized Star Trek universe.

In short, if Glen Larson is able to at least get a Galactica film series started, who knows where it could go? Richard Hatch could even wind up as the one in charge. Just a thought. ;)

Only we can make it happen Belloby! By writing and letting Mr Larson know EXACTLY what we want to see.
