Just when you thought the theivery was done

Saw Bladerunner this week, first time since the 80s.

The replicant leader kills his creator by smashing the guy's skull.

Gee, I just imagined the scene that was mostly cut from the mini where Six kills the baby....by smashing it's skull.

How much can be stolen from one movie? The "human" cylons themselves are too similar to the replicants as is.

You never actually saw that part. It was off screen. And she was implying earlier in the scene that the weight of the head was so heavy the neck could just...snap. You heard an off screen crunch noise.

But yeah. The cylons do seem to have borrowed alot from blade runner. More Blade Runner than cylons. You see the origial design briefly for a second in a museum shot. And in the beginning of the first hour you see two new model cylons for about 5 seconds. (they were computer generated). And that's it. The rest are the Blade Runner type of Cylons.
