Just something interesting. There has been a longstanding question as to whether the exclamation is "felgercarb" or "feldercarb" in BSG. I have been very carefully going thru the DVDs and replaying audio sections over and over. And the answer is:

Both!

Starbuck almost always says "felgercarb". However Jonathan Harris as Lucifer is /extremely/ good at enunciating his lines, and there is no doubt that one time he quite clearly says "feldercarb". A few others say it too, Colonel Tigh being one of them.

So take your child out of that iron maiden for saying it wrong and give him/her a mushie instead! :D

I think it's a case of different home planet dialects. sort of like some places in the US say "wash" and some say "warsh" .....??

I personally say feltercarb.
