Sci-Fi channel, wanna make peace....???

I'm gonna ask you all for your opinions here:

Would you forgive the Sci-Fi Channel for it's disgrace of BSG if they:

1. offered a DVD with all the TOS outtakes they could find
2. offered a DVD with all the TOS interviews they could gather
3. Issue well-made action figures of the original cast and respective
guest stars.
4. Re-instate novelizations of TOS BSG by new writers
5. And publish technical manuals based on TOS canon: a BSG encyclopedia and contacting the designers of BSG to write a book about the symbols in BSG?

What I mean, is to give BSG the "Star Trek" treatment.

What do you all think?

It would depend on the acceptance, or lack thereof, of the mini AND if there still is interest in TOS. If the mini does well, they will probably direct their resources in that direction and give little more than lip-service to TOS. If not, it's a whole new ballgame for them.

At any rate, Sci-Fi is not the only game in town. In the months ahead, they may start to recognize that reality.

After what Bonnie Hammer/Moore has done to Battlestar and the treatment Scifi gave to the fan base in general, I doubt I really would ever trust that faction again.
