Glen Larson announced last night that he has purchased the rights to do a MOVIE version of the original Galactica!!!!
If there is still interest in the old show after the miniseries airs, then he and Tom DeSantos would like to try to continue the old story 25 yahren after it ended.
Not a definite yes. But a possible one.
