Star Wars has the Imperial and Rebel Symbols.
And I know from Galactica there's always the gold cluster.
But is there any other symbols or flags from TOS?

The gold cluster was a medal given to warriors for bravery.
If you watch the videos closely, especially episodes that feature the Triad court, you can see other flags displayed along the walls of the audience. They're actually quite beautiful. What they symbolize...I have no idea. I don't believe there is canon that explains their meaning.
For years there has been a rumor that in the Galactica's Officer's Club the symbols on the wall represent the insignia of each of the battlestar's squadrons. But I have never seen canon to support this statement either.
