All the world is waiting for you!
And the power you possess!
In your satin tights,
Fighting for your rights
And the old red, white and blueeeooouuuuuoooo!!

WONDERWOMAN!
WONDERWOMAN!

Now the world is ready for you.
And the wonders you can do
Make a hawk a dove
Stop a world with loOove
Make a liar tell the truuuooth!

WONDERWOMAN!
Get us out from under, Wonderwoman!

All our hopes are pinned upon you!!
And the magic that you do!
Stop a bullet cold!
Make the axis fold!
CHANGE THEIR MINDS AND CHANGE THE WORLD!

WONDERWOMAN!
WONDERWOMAN!
YOU'RE A WONDER, WONDER WOMAN!

I just got to see the original first episode of Wonder Woman and I'm very much in nostalgia mode. So forgive me. :D

True... the writing is reeeeaallly campy. But Lynda Carter is very warm. And she looks wonderful! The costume looks great on her. :)

WONDERWOMAN!
WONDERWOMAN!

LOL

I got a chuckle when at the end of the show she had captured the evil nazi baroness and told her

"Perhaps now you will appreciate democracy and ..
learn from your unwomanly mistakes."

:D

maybe bonnie sould read that quote from wonder woman and she might change her unwomanly ways.

She looked absolutely sexy in that outfit (both the World War II era outfit, and the more modernistic--at the time--outfit.) The only thing I did not like about the show is that she changed into that ridiculous blue diving outfit whenever she took a plunge. I thought she had the perfect "bathing suit" to begin with.:naughty:

I used to watch Wonder woman too. I liked it sometimes
I don't think the writers meant me to laugh at the episodes
so much. :)

Did anyone see her in "Hawkeye"? A show she did with lee horsely? She looked fab in 18th Century duds. But then she'd look good in burlap!

I heard rumors a while back that they were going to make a new Movie based on this character starring Sandra Bullock.
Has anyone heard anything?

I think year two was the down fall of the series, Wonder Woman was great in the WW II years, not in the 70s
As for a movie I think it should star Katie Homles!
