That's great! It was also very fast too! I had a feeling that we would make it through this. I'm glad that we don't have to sweat out the rest of the week on that one...
I for one, enjoy CF more than I do any other BSG board. I use the other boards as do a lot of other members, but I always come here first for information and entertainment in the BSG universe. The one thing that came out of this crisis for me was to become more prolific in posting and try and keep a positive outlook as to the goings on here. I would much rather come here for fun than drama!
Here's to Colonial Fleets!

I'm glad but I'm still smarting from the stab wounds. They'll heal. I hope all of yours heal too.
(((((hugs Tom & Don))))) You get real ones in October. ;)

It's good to see you back. I'm sure you had a great holiday weekend. It is unfortunate that you had to come back to something like this and deal with it after the fact. I hope that you can come to terms with whatever criticisms were aimed at you - it is always disappointing to get them out of left field, eh? I doubt that any of them are true given what Tom has told the rest of us so far. If it weren't for you, I wound't have found CF. I really need to thank you for that...
Best regards,
Bryan

Bryan, you're welcome (about getting here). I wouldn't have gotten here if it wasn't for this crazy former BSG webmaster named Michael (there are reasons I can tease him about being crazy--he became my friend). I followed a link one day and read. And lurked and then OWD announced a postathon and that sounded fun so I de-cloaked. To my husband's chagrin ;) .

This is wonderful news! I am glad we didn't have to wait all week to get the thumbs up!
I know we have all learned a lesson from this, and one that we don't want to repeat. From here we can move on and become even better than we were before.
Thank you Don & Tom:love:

To quote Dr Frankenstein as played by Colin Clive: "It's alive, IT'S ALIVE!"
Great news for BSG fandom! :)

I love good news! And this is the best!!!
I heard this someplace when I was young,
It's never a shame to get knocked down
It's only a shame not to get back up again
Thanks to wonderful Don, Tom and anyone else involved, CF is up and fighting! You are TRUE WINNERS!
You have no idea how happy you have made this foolish daggit...:)

I wasn't privy to all of the information involved in the recent conflict. In fact, my wife and I were gone over the Labor Day weekend visiting relatives, and I was heartbroken to return to these forums and see so many hurt feelings. Due to many obligations involving work and family, I only get to visit these forums a few times a week, but this has become one of my favorite places on the net to hang out. I can't tell you how happy I was to find a place where other Galactica fans gathered, and I could discuss both the glory of TOS and my frustrations regarding the new mini. So many folks here took the time to respond to my first post and made me feel welcome, and since that time I've really enjoyed interacting with all of you and being a small part of what I consider to be a wonderful online community.
I hope that the hurt feelings can heal and that all can be forgiven by those that have been hurt. Thank you, Don and Tom, for keeping this place alive. I know that it will prove to be well worth the time and money.
