No I really don't know how to make one, but I have the means to try. My son has at least two dozen baseball bats. From wooden to metal. I know a few good welders, that would help if I really had to mke one.
I just don't see that happening.
I do have one that is full of lead and cut glass, my brother says it is safer than having a gun in the house. He made it for me just in case I needed protection. Never used it and don't really want to.
