A yahren, according to the Richard Hatch books, is about 250 days. A Colonial day, as well, is 25 hours long.

That's OK. I'm 65 yahren old.

Remember, though, that it's only a different measurement of the same amount of time that has passed.

If you figure the average human life expectance is about 80 years (round numbers - I think it's 74 or something like that), that calculates out to 112 yahren (not counting leap days).

So, I'm 65 yahren old - and I'm 10 years older than Kingfish, who's only 50 yahren.
