Incase you haven't seen it, scare tactics is a reincarnation of the Alan Funt Candid Camera idea. But this time, instead of funny situations they try to terrorize people. One such gag they tricked a girl trying out to be a magician's assistent into believing she accidentally murdered someone during one of those sword into the box magic tricks. Another the tricked someone working in a high security facility into believing he activated the securtiy breech system and he was going to die of poison gas.

A new petition has popped online for people to voice their opinions against the harm this show does.
