Hi everyone,

Slashdot (http://www.slashdot.org ) is carrying Edward James Olmos's "don't watch if you're a purist" BG commentary from a couple of months ago. (It's making the rounds in newspapers again, apparently.)

It went live a few minutes ago. (And, no, the "Michael" who posted the article isn't me.)

If you're in the UNIX/Linux/programming community, Slashdot is a terrific site (if somewhat acidic a la AICN at times in the feedback threads). But the word about this new Sci-Fi Channel BG show is spreading... and some folks/non-fans have already formed some interesting opinions... many against the show.

Universal just doesn't get it, do they? Now "Thunderbirds" is being re-imagined, to Gerry Anderson's upset... and under the Universal banner.

Hope everyone is well,
Michael
