I turned on Sci Fi around 12:30 during the rerun of the Stargate premiere and almost right away I saw a five-second BG promo that consisted of three brief shots:
1. A close-up of a well-formed set of Cylon boobies busting out of a low-cut red dress.
2. An extreme close-up of pouty Cylon lips.
3. An extreme close-up of Cylon bedroom eyes.
Like everyone else in the country, I immediately thought: Hey, Battlestar Galactica is coming back to TV!

Well one thing I envy Moore's female Cylons is their boobies won't sag when they hit 40

The very first sighting of a couple of tits in front of the camera, rather than behind it, eh Ray? ;)

Six months till the new BSG, Scifi is pushing the new Battlestar Galactica lite…………HARD
Bad news, I came home, my son a 17 y/o and five of his American Legion baseball team buddies were watching the new Stargate SG1 season on TV, recorded on Tivo. Tivo allows you to skip 30 seconds of ad time with one button push, and allows frame by frame viewing.............
I almost missed the BattlestarGalactica2003 ads. They are very short almost subliminal, each one was different, but where replayed on each hour of the new episodes of Stargate.
First President ‘Dances with Wolves’ she was on for like two seconds.
Then the new BSG logo, Battlestar Galactica coming in December 2003 on Scifi.
2nd ad was a black cover being taken of a Viper, a very clean museum looking Viper.
Then the new BSG logo, Battlestar Galactica coming in December 2003 on Scifi.
The 3rd was a shot of a hangar crew in action, with Starbuck-ette in a very clean Viper.
Then the new BSG logo, Battlestar Galactica coming in December 2003 on Scifi.
The 4th was a BABE (Tricia Helfer) in a bright red dress, sans underwear with Baltar, I used Tivo to replay this one frame by frame.
Then the new BSG logo, Battlestar Galactica coming in December 2003 on Scifi.
The last ad was Olmos, walking in a futuristic well lighted room alone, he looked like he had a world of trouble on his shoulders. He is the best actor on this show by far. All of these ads were very short, almost subliminal.
Then the new BSG logo, Battlestar Galactica coming in December 2003 on Scifi.
All six young guys were very impressed. So was I, except for Starbuck-ette she seemed to be cast against type. To damn cute, the new Tigh has got to be a whimp, to let this little bimbo push his buttons. IMO

Well after all...
Nothing screams "Battlestar Galactica" at you more than a big pair of silicon boobs.

I saw The Matrix Reloaded again last night, my g/f indulges my science fiction itch, I was a bit disapointed. I want to know more about the MATRIX & more about Morpheus, Neo & Trinity and the reason why what makes em tick. Like that guy that cut a deal to go into the Matrix. Not Neo doing superman shit on all the agent Smiths.................but I would not 're-imagine' The Matrix trilogy.

AO if you are a straight guy Baltar's chip # 6 will float your boat, if you are a gal you might switch teams, hell she could cure homosexuality, whom ever cast her is very good.

I'll reserve judgment until I see it, but I'll say this: Though there are pretty women in the mini, the women of the OS had all the class. But then, that holds true for everything. The farter back you go, the more elegant and unattainable most actresses become.

Stargate SG1 is a good example of what BG: Redo could become.:uhdrop:
Unfortunately this does not seem to be the way it will go.
It appears they are aiming for a mixture of Lexx, Farscape, and Space: Above and Beyond.
While I likes Space: Above and Beyond, and even watched Farscape occasionally. The Lexx TV series absolutely stunk.
I will reserve final judgement until I see SciFi's mini. Yet I have a feeling the this "mini me's" merchandise will not be on my christmas list.:(

*gives the Jedi a hug and a new battery for her lightsaber*
We should tone the language a bit down. Its nothing perverse...but it cost nothing to show some more class, and it has some nice benefits. And its a good way to show respect to our charming band of female warriors here. :D
Bug-Eye -- I actually thought it was the opposite, Maren Jensen Laurette Spang and Anne Lockhart remind me of the girl next door. Very little of that Hollywood mentality you see in the newer "stars". They are beautiful, but they also seem to be quite friendly with little sense of that stairclimbing social agenda.

Still don't see why they would need them. Makes the body armor look funny.

Gives an entirely new meaning to "breastplate", eh?
Oh, and the plural of "forum" is "fora".
Sorry.

I saw Baltar's wet dream, those lips according to my g/f are full of Botox, but sex chip # Six's boobs are original equiptment.
I watched Stargate last night and did't notice ads for Battlestar Galactica The Mini Series coming in December 2003 on Scifi.
Whatever a die hard original series fan like me thinks, I belive this new show will do well. This will be much better than say Firefly, and a lot better than Wing Commander. Remember Ron D. Moore wrote eight more episodes for a series, that I know about.
repcisg, sorry dude I recorded over the Stargate premire ads:
