Post why you think he should, or should not, below.

He was so smug about how smart he was that he was fooling all of us, and how stupid all of us were for falling for it. Let's see how smart he is now, hang em' high.

...I just wanted them to feel more comfortable in their new surroundings.
That way when they are being sold for a pack of cigarettes they'll be able to understand what's going on

There is more to it than mischief on a discussion board.
He/They impersonated federal officers. He/They made false accusations that Sandy was a cyberterrorist - that violates libel laws at least, if not some criminal statutes (I don't know).
There was a whole lot of fraud going on here.
They deserve to be prosecuted. I support Sandy if he chooses to pursue them.

I see people voting no, but I don't see any reasons as to why not? Just curious.

...It appears the Spastic Spitter wasn't happy with his Exile arrangments, and has decided his Clone efforts needed reviving.
Well, I hope his Cellmate enjoys his tales of "cloning escapades"...

And now over at CA there is a thread where many are suspecting that The Milton Collective is none other than RDM himself. Imagine if this lawsuit were to lead "up the food chain"
