I remember all those posts over at the sci fi channel that said we were all paranoid for thinking they were all one person and now it turns out that it was one person. lol
All that time and energy spent on a joke against the BSG fans that started the same time as the Fan Base uniting as one.
As they say on dragnet, just the facts mam, just the facts.

From your joining date I'm surprised you missed it.
I caught the tail end when I first wandered back to Colonial Fleets. Not the internet's most outstanding moment.

I kind of caught a little bit of it, but was trying to concentrate my efforts elsewhere, so I think I missed a big portion of it. Not that it's really important to me, just kind of curious since Crash just posted these two links over at Sci Fi, if there was some new development. But it's sounding like just a rehash of old events.

I read his "confession"...HE created a bunch of clone handles and he doesn't even remember which handles he created?
Can we say "scapegoat"? Oh, I'm sure he had a hand in it, but who were his partners-in-crime? He ain't tellin!

he replied his sources are "tea leaves"
I think we should remind him tea leaves are a very unreliable source of information. Right up there with telephone psychics:D
But enough of talking about a "pawn" lets discuss the "queen"

I don't post on that board, but I had to comment on one line:
Apothis:
It was a bad joke and that's all it was.
"Bad joke," Apothis? Yes, it was, ON the fans of BG, but it was a lot more than just a "bad joke." It was an orchestrated, concerted effort to show support for a potential show where none existed. It also diverted the attention of BG fans away from potentially more productive efforts, just when this was needed.
Following the money (based on the information presented by TBC and others), the trail of this "bad joke" would appear to lead first to the game company (to build interest in the upcoming BG videogame) and possibly on to RDM (to build interest in his fake BG mini-series and to head off any changes considered by the changing management of V/U. The auditors reviewing the books for the production may eventually find that money changed hands to buy this effort, but unfortunately, it's unlikely that we'll ever learn the real truth about what was behind the "bad joke.

Hmm, I just read Vince's confession. No attempt to apologize for his conduct and not even a hint of an explanation why someone would do something like that.
The best part: where he got mad at US for harrassing Ted.
