...Sorry for the Old Movie reference here, but this RDM Abomination reminds me of a sequence in the movie "The Goodbye Girl".

If you've seen the Movie, the segment with the Bizarre Director and his "concepts" for doing Shakespeare's Richard the III. He takes a classic, and tries to make it "contemporary", and in the process, produces a major league smoldering Turd.

I never seen the Goodbye Girl but if I remember correctly wasn't it a hit movie from Neil Simon?

This RDM mini reminds me of those puerile attempts of some "visionary filmakers" to "reinterpret" the Bible. Not that I'm putting BSG on that level, but you get the idea. Something that we all know is turned into a pile of daggit mong, all to satisfy the arrogant ego of an overgrown 2-year-old.

Too bad this mini, if aired, won't be on a REAL network. Then, it would be in the running for one of the most colossal FLOPS in television history. Alas, it's going to be on little old Skiffy whose imbecilic leader (I.L.?) thinks 500 viewers is a good day.

I'd rather watch Martha Stewart (yoy, did I say that?)...must be radiation from the monitor, my 2 remaining brain cells are starting to sizzle.

Of COURSE it won't be on a real Network. Would YOU want to be responsible for scheduling THIS?

This new mini is but a Guppy in a Beta bowl. :D
