I'm planning on attending so I can finaly see the Second Coming Trailer...looks the only new Battlestar Galactica I can count on seeing.

I'll be there. I have to see that trailer too, because it's the only new, real Galactica being done this year. Hope he shows GWoM too, someone told me there were swords and spaceships!!

OoooH! Cylon costumes too! MUST bring camera: only chance to see a REAL Cylon not on videotape.

btw, I'll be the 5'5" brown haired, brown-eyed gal with glasses & a camera, in street clothes working up the courage to ask you costumers if I can take your photos. LOL :z:

I have business to tend to in LA so I plan on overlapping it with Galacticon.

It sounds like it's going to be fun.


BTW if any reps from the upcoming mini-series attend, I hope all the fans stick to their guns and do everything in their power to make them feel unwelcome.

Remember these people told you fans to "Bugger-off ! " and they hate each and every one of you with every fiber of their existence.

To give these jerks a warm welcome would be self degrading for everyone.

I'm not the least worried about them. And with their attitude: they are not the least bit worried about winning us over, so why show at all? And these are the folks that are nearly a week overdue on press kits if I understand right, how they ever going to make it to a 3-day con? ;)

If they are politely ignored (OK, icily but politely) should they attempt propagandizing; they can still be treated as human beings. It's called not lowering yourself to their level, IMHO. And their level is pretty subterranean.

On the other hand there are other folks that would get an entirely different reception, I think. I'm going for the up side on this. And hoping the special effects folks from the old series come. If Dykstra shows and talks I'm going to be at that! If Dorleac comes & talks, I've heard he is very good. And I will not miss that trailer!
