Hey Dawg, sorry bout that!
Should have said "kick it up a notch." !
I can't seem to get enough of watching this guy. This is how bad we need good science fiction nowdays.
1. I'm either watching Sponge Bob Square pants with my son.
2. Lizzy Maguire with my daughter
3. Trading spaces with my wife, oh and don't forget the most evil channel ever put on television, QVC! ARGGGGGGGGH!
4. And when they all go to sleep, i watch Emeril LIVE! Who needs Jerry Springer! Pasta anyone?
:D

Emeril's a favorite at our house, too.
You ever watch Alton Brown on "Good Eats"? He's pretty good, too.

Emeril demonstrated that you don't have to pre-cook the noodles when you make a lasagna. Just put them in the dish as is and make sure that sauce is under every layer. Damned if it didn't work like like a charm! The sauce is absorbed by the pasta.
The man's a friggin' genius.

The only way my wife makes Hollandaise sauce now is from scratch, thanks to Emeril.

During prime time, I'm usually watching "The O'Reilly Factor" and "Hannity & Colmes" on Fox. There's nothing interesting to watch on network television, and certainly nothing on the so-called SciFi Channel.

And in the intervening yahrens, zilch has changed. I just wish we still had Emiril's show on the Food Network.
BAM!!!!! BAM!!!!! BAM!!!!!
