I was just checking out the Galactica 2003 forum and the Moore fans are carrying on a poll. Please check it out:

Miceleh.. there are two polls. I think the forum is setup to prevent multiple votes by having one register to vote. The current results are:
Which Galactica do you like?
You have already voted on this poll.
I like both the mini series and the original series 33 / 97.06%
I like only the mini series 0 0%
I like only the original series 1 / 2.94%
I hate both of them 0 / 0%
Total: 34 votes 100%
What version of continuation do you support?
You have already voted on this poll.
Ron Moore Prequel 4 / 13.33%
Tom DeSanto Sequel 1 / 3.33%
Richard Hatch Sequel 2 / 6.67%
Glen Larson Sequel 5 / 16.67%
Ron Moore Side Story 18 / 60.00%
Total: 30 votes 100%

You just happened to be checking Milty's Moore Love Board, and gaaaaaawwwwllly Low and behold, there was a poll.
I mean, the fact you found it couldn't possibly have anything to do with the fact that you're a MODERATOR over there, now would it?
Strangely, before you can look at it, you have to REGISTER there...
Sorry Pal, but I'd rather have the Blind Lady next door do a Vasectomy on me with a Butter knife than register over on that bboard.
To Hell with the whole bloody lot of them...

There never was a sidestory either.
As I recall Ken suggested prequel to Ron in his review. So the Prequel idea should get credited to Ken, no?

Lordstarfyre, I think everyone knows I mod there. I just thought the results are interesting. Not a single vote for Moore's version only which flies against popular opinion of how the Moore fans feel. The only dissenting vote is original series only.
I am just saying, everyone gets whipped up in fervor not knowing what the other side thinks. I have been above the fray watching but I do read their post to see their positions. This does not mean I have changed my position on a preference for Continuation either.

I'm sorry for jumping your bones about that.
What I said about the Blind Lady next door still stands.
Also, where I want the lot of them to go...
Lastly, just as food for thought, Of course they are going to say they liked the Original, Milty told them awhile back to STOP saying how much they hated the original. Once Gepeto speaks, the happy little Pinnochios dance to that tune until otherwise told what to do.
Sorry Apothis, but I'm getting to the point that I'm regretting EVER trying to find areas of Compromise with them. Prequels included, even though, in all seriousness, I would have enjoyed both a Prequel AND a Continuation.
The problem is, those attempts by us to find areas of compromise were used against us by Milty, Moore and Eick.
I wish I had flamed that miserable bastard the first time I saw the name "Moore_Man".

Thanks. I only wanted to see the poll to confirm that it's, well, daggitsh*t, basically.
As if I would ever give credence to a poll originating with that crowd, or suspect the information to be used for anythign less than devious purpose. Bah!

I just recently ran a similar poll and Milty and company told folks NOT to come and vote. That poll was screened to ensure accuracy as best as possible.
Now, those same people want us to come validate a poll there.
Why is there a difference?

Hmm who could that one vote be? Perhaps it was MooreSuX, I wonder how long he/she will be a member?

Do they? IFAIK, bsgbh just felt like polling the posters over there.
I don't even think that folks who aren't registered can participate in Polls (should I know this? Yep, and I blush to disclose that I learn vBulletin as I go along...).
