In other words who does he and Bonnie Hammer have to get approval from for this screenplay? Certainly they have to answer to someone. If so, what is the address, and should we be targeting that person(s)?

I believe Peter's correct.

On top of that, there's a further mixture of StudiosUSA (USA Networks) and SCI-FI Channel folks.
