We waited and now we see the filming begin. IMHO I don't think we will see Commander cain or the Pegasus in this series. Why? I have a GUT feeling that Larson will do a big screen version of Cain.

Long as his Vipers don't walk alright, yeah sure lets keep all avenues open! The rogue Battlestar returns with an ancient colonial war hero again to find Earth and her sister ship The Battlestar Galactica!

Sounds fun, long as we get a continuation in movie form like this who can complain? Although Lloyd Bridges as Cain was a master stroke of genius never to be repeated again. Hope Tolan assumes command and has control of the ship and is Commander now.

I'm not referring to the REAL Commander Adama, I'm talking about the cheap Impersonator that is being foisted off on us with Ersatz Galactica.

The REAL Commander Adama was a Warrior, the spurious Billybob Husker Adama is essentially the Crazy Old Uncle people avoid if at all possible at Holiday Functions

Didn't I read somewhere that Larson had plan to do a "Galactica" spinoff movie where the Pegasus would meet up with another rogue battlestar - I believe it was called the Atlantis - and together, they were supposed to formulate a plan where they would go back to their home solar system and retake the colonies from the Cylons? And that this version would retain a lot of the elements from the series? I would much rather see this than Moore's version, which overwrites the original.

How could they meet up with the Atlantia?! :eek: :eek: :eek:

It was destroyed in The Great Destruction (i.e. "Saga of a Star World")
