I really like it. It's a good place to let off steam and then feel better for getting "rid of those negative waves Moriarty!"
Ron Big Chicken! Moore still hasn't answered my call out though.

Ah yes, the joy of just shooting at those tin heads!
What were the famous lines....let me see...?
Apollo says something about how they're outgunned 10 to 1 and Starbuck our handsome, brave MAN says: It'll just give us more to shoot at.
Ah, the days! I just love it!

Well thanks. I hope it becomes popular, although if it bombs I'll just blame the audience ....
(Isn't that what you're supposed to do these days).

All GOOD Things take time to catch on.
Fads, like Ronnieism, drop off once the glitter scraps off...
Geez, I hope that's glitter...

I went there but with my old eyes it was very hard to read. I did recognize some familiar folks. I just don't have time, too much on the plate

Pop-ups. Really, I didn't know that. I paid my $12 for the year and don't get them so its nothing I ever thought of. I dind't get them on Milton's board either.
I'd move the Cylon Alliance to a more permanent board if there was a reasonable, steady audience for it. How many folks would like to see if on its own server? Keep in mind, we're talking about me shelling out around $400 to do it right, which I don't mind if its something that will be used. I'll host it concurrently on www.Cylon.org , which I picked up to be the homepage for the board.
Just withint the CF, how much interest would there be with it standing up on its own as a permanent board? I'd need a trustworthy mod to help out as well since I'm out of town every now and then.

Is that the name of your website, "The Cylon Alliance" ????????
Oh, I am so sorry!!!! Please accept my apologies. I thought you were talking about THE Cylons on BSG.
I hope your website goes well and please post the address, I'd like to visit. I don't think there ever was a website about the Alliance.

In a few days the actual website will be at www.Cylon.org . I just now got the tech control to look at the settings rather than send me the same help file for the server. The board is at http://pub99.ezboard.com/bthecylonalliance for the moment, although I'm looking at options to move it to Cylon.org for several reasons.

It became very popular, the Big Boss man left for greener pastures leaving it in the hands of the Three Musketeers (or the Three Stooges depending on if you like us or not).
Can someone email me when Thread Resurrection Day is over and normal service is resumed. ;)

Reading THAT is kind of surreal. Vivé la Cylon Alliance!!! Vivé la Colonial Fleets!!! Vivé la BSG TOS Movie!
Ooops. Sorry, Peter. Hope that's not too much French. ;)
